Leader in Me Families allows caretakers to get involved in their student's learning.

The 7 Habits of Highly Effective Families Certification is a program designed to allow select staff and select parent users to master and learn how to facilitate training in the 7 Habits at their school. These facilitators will empower families to achieve their desired results and build a nurturing family culture.
An individual going through this certification must achieve the following:
    - Part 1: Completion of The 7 Habits of Highly Effective Families           Course
     - Part 2: Completion of The 7 Habits of Highly Effective Families            Facilitator Certification Course
     - Part 3: Successful Teach Back Component Verified

Key Features
Applied the design system to a simple three card layout
Allowed users to contact their administrators easily
Added an admin only table to see progress
Created a reactive system that opened the next training once the first training was complete
Added in a ton of guiding information in a clean and readable way

Outcomes
For the first time, families are directly involved in the Leader in Me process with their own landing page.
Key stakeholders appreciate the ease of use.

The 7 Habits Families Certification extends the work of Leader in Me Schools into the home, helping to create a common vocabulary and the modeling of principle-centered behavior.
